Welcome to the website of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) - Houston Chapter. It is indeed an honor to serve as the President of such an outstanding chapter in this prestigious organization. It is an honor and pleasure to bring greetings on behalf of the Houston Chapter of TLOD.  I invite you to explore our website to learn more about our chapter and the amazing work we deliver to the Houston community, and the impactful service we render with other TLOD chapters and partner organizations in surrounding communities.

"Serving youth and adults in our local communities and beyond" is the mission of TLOD.  Our dedication through mentorship and effective programming to Top Teens of America is our top priority. Our other four programmatic thrusts include Status of Women, Senior Citizens, Community Beautification, and Community Partnerships. But, it doesn't stop there! Service is the lifeblood of TLOD and the Houston Chapter remains keenly focused on our organization's projects, which include but are not limited to March of Dimes, Sickle Cell, United Negro College Fund, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and National Council of Negro Women, to name a few. Special committees are also a driving force, which is why we dedicate our time and treasure to a robust scholarship program that ensures we support the postsecondary education aspirations of our Top Teens. And yet, this is still only a brief introduction to our chapter!
